You may eFile Triple Seal Requests. In Step 2 on the CFX Screens select Triple Seal Request as the document type. In Step 6, upload a Praecipe indicating the request for a Triple Seal. The clerk will mail the Triple Seal in approximately three (3) to four (4) days to the requesting party.
