Teresa Rich, CPA
Chief Accounting Officer and Controller
Teresa Rich is the Chief Accounting Officer of CaseFileXpress and MMC Group, LP, having joined the companies in 2007 as Controller. In her role with CaseFileXpress, she oversees day-to-day financial and accounting activities. In addition, she assists the Chief Financial Officer in managing the Corporate Finance/Accounting department.

Prior to her joining CaseFileXpress and MMC, Ms. Rich served in progressive roles of Accountant, Controller/Assistant Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for Mothers Against Drunk Driving from 2000 to 2007. She was formerly with Grant Thornton as an Assurance Senior.

Ms. Rich holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
