Rusty Bowles
IT Project Manager for Application Development
Mr. Bowles joined CaseFileXpress in October 2009 as the IT Project Manager for Application Development. Mr. Bowles manages CaseFileXpress software development projects using CMMI project management philosophy's of project planning (PP), project monitoring and control (PMC). Mr. Bowles creates and maintains detailed project plans in MS Project, which outline the software development lifecylce (SDLC) for each application development effort. Additionally, Mr. Bowles creates detailed business user requirements using Visio, MS Word, and Photoshop which include wire-frames, feature lists, use cases, logic flows, as well as other business assets as needed in order to launch projects on target and error-free.

Mr. Bowles works direclty with the development teams to ensure projects are developed to standards and in alignment with functional specifications. He also collaborates with the company's Information Technology group in order to define application development standards and network infrastructure that allows for secure, scalable and auditable systems.

Prior to joining CaseFileXpress, Mr. Bowles served as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Manager, Project Manager and Technical Supervisor.

Mr. Bowles has an Equivalent Associates Degree in electronics EUI, Louisville, Kentucky and Beginning and Advanced LABVIEW Training from National Instruments in Austin, Texas.
